Policy
Our commitment to excellence.
At the Language Institute, we strive to create a professional and supportive learning environment that benefits both our students and teachers.

Our principles are carefully crafted to ensure clarity, fairness, and a high-quality experience for everyone involved. By adhering to these standards, we foster an atmosphere of mutual respect and maintain the exceptional service you can expect from us.
Attendance and Puncuality
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes regularly and arrive on time to ensure consistent progress. Punctuality is important to maintain a positive learning environment and to ensure that no valuable material is missed. If a student is unable to attend a class, advance notice should be given wherever possible. In cases of unavoidable absence, the school may offer options to reschedule or make up the lesson, depending on availability and the student’s individual circumstances.
Payment and Refunds
Our payment policy is designed to be straightforward and transparent. Tuition fees must be paid in full before classes begin, or according to the agreed payment plan. For students opting for packages or block lessons, fees are due at the start of the program. Refunds are available under certain conditions, such as in cases of illness or personal emergencies, with proper documentation. Refunds for unused lessons may also be requested, but must adhere to our cancellation policy, which typically requires a minimum notice perio.
Behaviour and Conduct
We expect all students to maintain respectful behavior both in and outside the classroom. This includes being considerate to fellow students, teachers, and staff, and adhering to the school's code of conduct. Disruptive behavior, including any form of harassment, will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of lessons. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive learning environment for everyone.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
In order to provide flexibility to our students, we offer clear guidelines for lesson cancellations and rescheduling. Students may cancel or reschedule a lesson with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee or be counted as a missed class. In the event of a teacher's absence, the school will work to provide a substitute teacher or offer alternative scheduling.
Student Progress & Assessments
Regular assessments are a key part of tracking students' progress. We provide feedback through quizzes, tests, and informal evaluations throughout the course. Our teachers are available for one-on-one consultations to discuss progress and offer advice for improvement. Students are encouraged to communicate openly with their instructors about any difficulties they may be experiencing. The school’s goal is to ensure each student has the support they need to succeed.
Class size & Group dynamic
To ensure an optimal learning experience, we maintain small class sizes, allowing for personalized attention. Group classes typically have a maximum of 10 students, enabling teachers to tailor lessons to the group's needs. For those seeking more individualized attention, private lessons are available. Whether in a group or one-on-one setting, all students will benefit from a focused and interactive learning environment.
Health & Data Protection
The health and safety of our students and staff is a top priority. We adhere to all local regulations regarding health and safety protocols, and we have measures in place to address emergencies, such as first aid and evacuation procedures. If a student is feeling unwell or has specific health concerns, they should inform the school so appropriate accommodations can be made. We also encourage students to follow any guidelines set by the school related to hygiene, particularly in times of health crises like pandemics.
Confidentiality & Security
We respect our students' privacy and adhere to strict data protection policies. Personal information provided by students, including contact details, payment records, and assessment results, is confidential and only used for the purposes of course management. We comply with all relevant data protection regulations to ensure that your personal information is secure and handled with the utmost care.
We ask all students to sign a declaration of understanding of these principles before starting any course.
